DESCRIPTION

Since the 1990's, Saralee's Vineyard has been regarded as one of the best sites in Sonoma County for producing Viognier. Once grapes were harvested, Winemaker Adam Lee decided to produce a wine crisp in style by fermenting wine in tank and aging it in barrel shortly, to add texture and richness. The final result is lip smacking and offers perfumed aromas and flavors of peach, nectarine, orange creamsicle with a long finish.

"
This wine has a pretty honeysuckle aroma that invites from beginning to end, its silky texture met with moderate acidity along the way. Medium-bodied and creamy, it offers additional layers of white peach and almond."
